On July 17th, at the headquarters of CRRC Shandong Company, under the witness of leaders from Jinan State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Jinan Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau and other units, Jinan Static Transportation Group and CRRC Shandong Company officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement for the Jinan intelligent mechanical three-dimensional parking project. Both parties will further implement the instructions of the Jinan Municipal Party Committee and Government on accelerating the construction of public parking lots and the renovation of public parking facilities in old residential areas, fully leverage the advantages of both parties in terms of resources, technology, talent, and market, assist in the construction of public parking facilities in Jinan, and improve the intelligence, informatization, and integrated management level of static transportation and three-dimensional parking lots.

Jinan Static Transportation Group is a functional state-owned wholly-owned first level enterprise authorized by the Jinan State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to operate and manage public parking resources in Jinan, following the principles of "government guidance, policy support, and market operation". Undertaking the responsibilities of the integrated construction and operation management platform for urban parking lots, as well as the main implementation of the renovation of public parking facilities and the construction of public parking lots in old residential areas of Jinan City, implementing franchise operations for parking spaces on Jinan roads and public parking lots invested and constructed by the government. As the only authorized operating entity in the industry, Static Transportation Group relies on an intelligent parking information platform to increase the supply of public parking resources through multiple channels, vigorously develop the public parking related industry, and achieve unified operation and management of urban public parking resources.
